FormsJoining Deal and Walmer Chamber of Trade requires the completion of just two forms, a Standing Order Mandate so that we can most cost effectively collect your subscription and an Application Form. Your bank will insist on your signature so online applications are not currently possible. Please avoid the possibility of duplication by using online banking to set up your standing order athough you can amend details later by this method. All applications need the formal approval of the Chamber Council at their next monthly meeting before they become effective and your subscription collected. Please use the left hand side of the application form for the details you would like used for the Chamber to contact you and the right hand side for the website directory which is primarily aimed at potential customers and which we recognise you may prefer to differ. The Trading Name should be that by which a customer would most readily recognise your business and please underline the name by which you would like your entry alphabetised, for example J J Wood Newsagent is listed under W but might choose to be listed under J.
Please indicagte on the form the categories you feel appropriate under which you will be listed subject to consistancy with other entries. If your addition to the membership results in the possibility of 4 or more member businesses being logically grouped together without reducing any existing category below that number, a new category maybe created. Space is provided in your entry for a small image which could be a logo, your premises, products, vehicle, you even. Have a look at what others have used for their directory entry then please attach a suitable image to an email which will be sized to fit the space available. Annual Membership Fees:
For calculating the number of employees assume full time = 40 hours per week i.e. 4 part timers doing 10 hours a week equals 1 full time equivalent person.
